Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Sexdream stands behind its products! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty that covers manufacturer defects on all toys. If your Sexdream product shows a defect within the warranty period, simply provide your proof of purchase and we'll be happy to help.
Unsure if your specific issue qualifies under the warranty? No problem! Just reach out to one of our friendly Intimacy Coach via email at [info@sexdream.com.au] They're happy to answer any questions and ensure a smooth resolution.
Most unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Sexdream does not offer exchanges.
Returns Policy for Opened or Used Products
Policy:
- Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
- However, an exception may be made if the purchaser provides evidence to Sexdream Intimacy Coach that the product is defective and within the warranty period.
Evidence Required:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
- Clear description of the defect
- Photos or videos demonstrating the defect, if applicable
Warranty Period:
- 12 months for all toys
Process for Returning Opened or Used Products:
- Contact Sexdream Intimacy Coach via Live Chat or email at Info@sexdream.com.au.
- Provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the defect.
- Sexdream Intimacy Coach will review the information and determine if a return or refund is justified.
- If approved, Sexdream Intimacy Coach will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Once the product is received and inspected, Sexdream will issue a refund or replacement at their discretion.
Please note:
- This policy is subject to change at Sexdream's discretion.
- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Sexdream reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that are deemed to be not defective or outside the warranty period.
Additional information:
- Returns are sent through Australia Post.
- All purchases are covered by a 1-year product guarantee.
